Beyond our membership, there are other great organizations within Hamilton, Brantford, and Paris that work to support sanctioned soccer in our region. Through their own initiatives, these groups grow and keep soccer at the forefront of our communities.
INARIA
Founded in ‘99 in Toronto, INARIA is a boutique soccer (football) brand specializing in truly custom kits, team apparel and in-house embellishment services. In Italian, INARIA translates to “inside the 18 yard box,” but in the world of soccer, INARIA means unmatched customization and bespoke kits. The company’s sole objective is to help teams and clubs create a look that is as unique as they are and offer best-in-class resources to help them get there.
Grassroots Soccer Hamilton
Grassroots Soccer Hamilton is a not-for-profit legacy project from the 2015 PANAM Games allowing 500 children within the precinct of Tim Hortons Field to participate in free, organized soccer. The program is run by volunteers that host programming at the stadium for 8 weeks from June until August. With financial backing from CarStar, ArcelorMittal Dofasco and the Hamilton Athletic Trust, Grassroots Soccer Hamilton has been able to provide free soccer to local children who may not have the opportunity to pay to play. The program is one of a kind in the country, and allows soccer to be introduced to children who otherwise could not access organized sports.
Hamilton Soccer Hall of Fame
The Hamilton Soccer Hall of Fame is a not for profit organization that holds an annual dinner to recognize those who have positively impacted Hamilton soccer in their lifetime. Since 2012, the Hall of Fame has inducted dozens of individuals into the player, builder, club and team categories.
While the organization represents those who helped build and represent Hamilton in the sport, it also brings inspiration to current players to be the best they can be.
The dinner is held annually at Michelangelo’s Banquet Centre and is the largest Soccer Hall of Fame celebration in Canada, regularly bringing in over 500 attendances.
